Hotpoint Dishwasher FDL Series F07 Error Code
Having a working dishwasher is essential if you want to get the kitchen tidy after you’ve had a family meal. Instead of putting the marigolds on and scrubbing this dishes yourself, it’s much more time friendly and convenient for you to load up the dishwasher.
However, If your Hotpoint dishwasher is suddenly flashing you an 07 error code (the first and third lights from the left) on the control panel display, it is likely to be caused by a problem with the pressure switch that monitors the water level in the machine.
Help is here though as if you are experiencing this issue you can follow our article below to hopefully sort out your dilemma, and be on your way to a fully functioning dishwasher again in no time!
Pressure Switch
The pressure switch on a washing machine identifies the water level inside the drum and then relays the information back to the control board. It then stops or allows more water in by controlling the water inlet valve.
Safety First! Please make sure that you have disconnected the appliance from the mains before beginning any repair.
- If your appliance is overfilling with water the pressure switch can be the offender.
- Carefully check the switch for any signs of damage or broken terminals.
