F21 code will not clear using the off/turn to spin/press spin button/turn to 7 o'clock/ hold 15s/off routine. What should I try next?
Bosch Classixx 6, 1200 express, WAE24363GB/05. New carbon brushes fitted. The old carbon brushes had worn down to 6-8mm. All functions worked before the F21 motor fault code came on.

Check the brushes are contacting the motor correctly and the motor plug is in correctly. Double check the reset as shown at the bottom of the following article: http://www.espares.co.uk/advice/7/1379 If the machine cannot reset the old brushes may have damaged the module.
