cdi 1012/b80 not heating

Have a multimeter to check it the elements resistanceand it is between 25 and 30 ohms ,what next?

    Examine the pcb for signs of a poor connection or burning. As this appliance uses a flow through heater it will not use a thermostat so the fault is likely to be the pcb but could be damaged wires in the loom at the bottom of the door.
