I fitted this pump to a hec1050w, however the pump will not turn off the water enters the machine and is immediately pumped out again. I have checked the connection and it is fitted correctly Neutral to Neutral and Live to Live what is the cause of this?

- Program module would control the pump supply this would be the fist place to examine
