F3470NO/01. Very shallow hex nuts secure element. Can this be removed from the front, please?

I have a Neff F3470NO/01 oven and suspect that the element of the (main) oven has failed. I have watched your excellent videos. However there re two very very shallow hex nuts securing the element. Does this suggest that the element has to be freed from the rear of the oven? Or is there a special tool for these hex nuts? Thank you

You should be able to remove the panel in front of the element from the inside. To remove the hex nuts we recommend our hex kit: www.espares.co.uk/product/es1713394
