I have replaced the doors seals on out dishwasher (hygena APL8222) but its still leaking. Could this be a faulty water level switch?

Our dishwasher (Hygena APL8222) has been leaking for a a while. I've changed the door seals but it's still leaking. Today, as it started to leak, I opened the dishwasher door. The water level was up to the level of the door. Does the wishwasher have a water level switch? If faulty could this result in over filling? If so, is there a spare part that an amateur could fit? Thanks
