      Is this the sensor that controls the 'auto dry' function?

      Does this sensor detect the moisture and switch off the dryer when the load is dry?

        This part is not the sensor but a metal strip that the sensor runs along, you need to test the brush sensor that checks the moisture level of the clothes that sits on top of the drum
