How do i know when my Karcher WV2 window vac battery is fully charged. Green light on handle is flashing on and off, does this mean the unit is still charging?

The red light will normally slowly flash continually until the battery is fully charged. It can take on average 2 hours for the battery to fully charge from empty. Once the battery is fully charged, the light will become solid. It may be a battery or charger issue.
