Hi, my Karcher wv2 is flashing green while charging and then solid green on the switch. I understand this to be fully charged however it does not work at all. Do you think it could be the battery?.... many thanks... Paul

The green light staying on may indicate there is an error with the board, this product is not made to be dismantled. This product has now been discontinued, so if under guarantee contact Karcher.
