I have charged my karacher and the 3 green strips are lit but it wont start instead a red light flahes on.

The red light will normally slowly flash continually until the battery is fully charged. It can take on average 2 hours for the battery to fully charge from empty. Once the battery is fully charged, the light will become solid. It may be a battery issue, this product is not made to be dismantled so if under guarantee contact Karcher.
