My karcher starts to flash when I first put the charger in and after about 30 seconds stops flashing and the vac isn’t charged

The red light will normally slowly flash continually until the battery is fully charged. It can take on average 2 hours for the battery to fully charge from empty. Once the battery is fully charged, the light will become solid. It may be a battery or charger issue.
