does this pcb come with wires/tails for connection, or is soldering required to install.

- I think that if it came with a tail then it'd be a large sub-assembly with the hood lights and enclosure as well. Looking at the lights and the PCB I think you need to warm up your soldering iron. I think it'd also cost an arm and leg more than it already does.
