Does the programme selector control the washing cycle?
I recently replaced a Diplomat ABA8152 control board after our machine stopped working. This part had visible blackening from a short circuit. Unfortunately the machine now seems to work, programmes come up on display, once selected water fills part way and then the display shows 'End' without actually completing a wash cycle. Which other component is likely to be causing this; the programme selector? Any help appreciated.
