Hi, I have a Rangemaster Professional 110 Stainless Steel ceramic, The only code I can find is U1 217 03. The 2.2kW dual ring only works on the outer ring.,Do you think it is the element or the energy regulator? s/n is 6240100302:

It could be either, usually with ceramic cooker elements it is possible to examine and visually see a break on an element.
