My oven stays on for about 10 mins then cuts out but resets it's self after about 5mins do you think it is the temp limiter?

Yes, if the cooling fan is faulty or it has poor air circulation outside the oven. Or A faulty thermostat causing excessive heat this will occur. if everything else is ok replace this part.
