my Beko Dishwasher DE 3431FS intermittantly does not heat the water

It does not heat up on any of the settings, all the other functions work ok, I have also noted that some times the soap dispenser does not open and am thinking this may be related to the fault. It is an intermittant fault ,but has been getting more intermittant as time goes on. I am an electronics enigineer, and could possably repair it if I knew which part is causing the trouble and could obtain it
