Have series 1400 model M6504W tripping RCDs have checked wiring loom and if any pipes have split but all seems OK. Is there anything else I could check? or could it be the motor winding earthing out internally?

It could be the motor but it usually will be the heating element. If it trips on every wash after a few minutes try unplugging and disconnecting the heater, Make the connections safe and retry. If the machine runs continuously waiting for the heat to rise but does not trip the power, replace the heater.
