hi is this the latest replacement Samsung brought out? and does it have everything to fix freezing up fan and warm temperatures?

This is a modified cover, fit this and repair kit Stock Number: ES1406833 to prevent this occurring. Fully defrost before removing the cover. Fit the brackets onto the back of the upper mounting screws, replace and move the sensor to the far left of the pipework and reset codes as per the instructions. Check and replace the defrost heater if required.
