Is this for my bissell featherweight

- On the machine it gives 2 numbers - 1312E and 14286C. It's a Bissell Multireach ION 2-in-1 Cordless vacuum purchased a couple of months ago from Ideal World. In the handbook they quote part numbers 1604734 for the filter and 1604481 for the washable filter cup. The Bissell phone number quoted in the book knows nothing about the model or the part. I'd like to buy 2 of each part if the price is reasonable. Any suggestions please? Thanks
