Beko Tumble dryer is making a humming noise but the drum isn't turning. Drum is very stiff to turn but I think it was like that originally?

A common problem with some Beko machines is the front drum seal lifts and sticks the drum to the surround seizing the drum. Check for this and replace the seal if required.
