Where can I get the magnet
My tacho coil is ok but the magnet that goes inside it and attaches to the motor has broken. Does the tacho coil come with the magnet or is there anywhere I can buy the magnet without buying a complete motor, the washing machine is over 5 years odd so replacement motor is not practical, it's either a quick cheap fix or a new washing machine. Thanks for any help

Magnets were once available but have been discontinued by manufacturers for many years now as they can usually be re glued in place if loose. If you cannot repair try a local washing machine repairer as chances are he will have a old broken motor he may be able to supply.
