RE:-FAN REPLACEMENT

I HAVE RECENTLY REPLACED THE COOKER ELEMENT,BUT NOW THE FAN HAS STOPPED.SHOULD THERE BE HEAT INSULATION BEHIND THE FAN TO STOP THE ELEMENT BURNING THE FAN MOTOR OUT??

    Although on some machines this is the case there is no insulation shown in the exploded diagram and it is not available for this model . It is normal for the motor bearings to wear and seize causing failure of the heating element due to overheating from reduced air flow.
