removal of the door retraction arms of Panasonic NN_CF778S
I need to replace the inner door trim of my microwave oven but stuck at removing the door retraction arms before I can fit the new trim. Model No. NN-CF778S and the trim part No. ES1608908 (which I haven't bought as yet!! Your help will be much appreciated.

We do not give advise on microwave repairs, you would have to do a microwave leak test when completing the repair which normally requires a qualified technician.
