Does this include the rotor?
As mentioned in a previous response, the problem is often the rotor rather than the motor; but in our case, there seems to have been some damage not just the rotor impeller blades but has also to the housing so that the pumping efficiency is impaired. So we need to replace both motor and rotor. I can't tell from the description if the rotor is a separate part.
