We have a Baumatic BDW13/14 dishwasher and we have an error code saying E3, just finished installing a new element but still saying E3, please can you help?

The error E3 is saying there is a problem with heating. As you have already replaced the element it is likely the cause is the thermostat Stock Number: ES1254069 located below the heater on the underside of the cavity skin.
