Will this work with large ceramic tiles in a big room using dot and dab over underfloor heating. Piped water with scree over the top. Hollow areas and grout has fallen through in a number of places.

This is the type of repair the product was designed for and should be the best way to tackle the repair as long as you do not damage the underfloor pipework by the necessary drilling.
