I refer to my previous question about where to find the timer responsible for frost free action in my BEKO CDA554S

Thank you for your reply but I was referring to the FRIDGE section. I was sold it on the advise it was frost free, I know the FREEZER doesn't have this capability. Also their advert states it has a frost free FRIDGE.

The fridge should be called an Auto defrost fridge. This is where ice will form on the back panel (wet wall) and when the fridge reaches the set temperature it will turn off the compressor allowing the light ice frosting to melt and drain into the channel under the wet wall. If the fridge cannot cool down to the required temperature due to the warm weather the ice will gradually build. This should clear when the weather cools or if the thermostat is set to a higher internal temperature. There is no defrost timer fitted to this appliance.
