Hi there. Noises during drum rotation will most likely be caused by one of two things. It'll be either something stuck inside the drum tub - bra wiring is a common thing to get lodged in there - or it'll be damaged bearings. You're gonna hope it's not the bearings, because these are a big job to replace. The first thing to check (after unplugging the machine!) is for lodged clothing or bra wiring. To do this, remove the element from its housing below the drum, and use a torch to look inside, as well as something like a straightened clothes hanger to poke around inside. After that, do the same for the sump hose. You can also look inside the drum, see if any of that elusive bra wiring is poking out of the holes. If after all that you can't find anything, or the machine is still making noises, you'll need to replace the bearings. Check out this video for help on how to remove the element and sump hose, as well as replacing the bearings: http://www.espares.co.uk/advice/washing-machines/a/7/1401/how-to-replace-the-bearings-on-a-washing-mach.html
