Can the handle be used as detachable unit, or must it secured by the screw supplied?
A detachable handle would make placing in the dish washer and sink much easier that if were permanently fixed to the tray.

- The handle is fixed to the pan by a single screw. It would be quite eay to remove with a screwdriver, but a bit tedious having to remove and replace regularly.
