I have a Whirlpool washer model 3LSC8255EQ1, which sometimes does not pump out at the end of the cycle. This can be remedied by manually holding out

the control knob. Is this symptomatic of the control box wearing out, or am I on the wrong track? Thanks for your help.

    Unfortunately we won't be able to give you an accurate diagnosis for this problem. The best thing to do would be to call Whirlpool who will be able to run through a check-list on the phone with you. Once you've done this with them they'll be able to advise you of the problematic part - and then you can give us a call and we'll ship it to you ASAP!
