Hello. My mother in law has a Bosch (I don´t know the model number) fridge that uses this hinge. The fridge door seems to have slipped over the pin and the bottom of the door now sits flat on top of the hinge instead of the usual gap.

Model: Stock Number: ES509485 Do you have any suggestions as to what parts she may need to fix it? I took pictures, but I don´t have a way of uploading them to this question. Thanks in advance for your time.

If the door has dropped it is usually the pin socket on the door that is damaged, Depending on model this may only come with a new door. Remove and check the door to identify the problem.
