Possible Thermostat problem on Bosch Fan Oven - HBN412AGB/06

When the Fan Oven is switched on and set to a temp usually out 200 C it switches off after about 15 minutes and blows the circuit breaker and RCD. Could this be a thermostat problem or another element part ? The Mini Oven works without any problem.

It is more likely to be the element that is failing rather than the thermostat itself. You may only be able to prove this by replacing the part.
