Bosch Gas Hob PCD682FGB/01 - How are control knobs removed for cleaning?
The knob fits into a recess so the bottom edge is inaccessible. It is impossible to lever it off by inserting a tool (e.g. a thin blade) underneath it. The knobs are round, smooth and tapered so not easily gripped for removal.

The knob is pushed on to a D shaped control shaft and will just pull off. If you cannot fit a 'lever' under it try and loop a piece of string under the edge and use that to apply additional force to remove it.
