11 flashes seen - is this the "optical water indicator" I need to replace to fix this?

Dishwasher is IKEA DWFB10W. Have already tried washing out the sump without success.

    If your machine is taking in water to fill and coming up with this error then it could be a optical sensor problem depending on who manufactured the appliance (as opposed to who's badge is on it).
