      hello. my mum's oven will not in increase in flame size even though i have purchased and fitted a new thermostat from yourselfs. could it be a faulty thermocouple? your help would be most welcome.

      oven is a cannon Winchester. DL mk3. model 10192G. G C no. I2H EN 437. EC id no. 86/AQ/A46. SERIAL NO. 38 2 0271 97.
