My washer HNF6147 is not working

It keeps stopping before the rinse If I put it on rinse cycle after the wash has stopped and then the spin cycle it will finish, but the spin does not get up to speed if there is more than half a load and it can take up to 4 spins to get the washing spun enough to hang up. Would the selector be the part that I need to replace or the PCB or the solonoid or the commutator solo??? many thanks
