I recently received a microwave aerial cover from you for the above combi microwave. I can't recall whether it fits with the concave side facing down or facing up. Can you confirm please as the NEFF manual doesn't show clearly? Whilst trying to replace the cover, I noticed the aerial is coated with bits of the egg that exploded and broke the cover (sic!). NEFF tells me that I shouldn't have attempted to clean and must be replaced by a qualified engineer as it could explode on use. Is this really so complex and sensitive - any more than an LED bulb - that a savvy homeowner can't order from you and replace?
