continuous beeping problem

On Bosch GSU34422SA. While the door was left open for about 30 minutes, the alarm was beeping, we had to put it on silent mode. After that the freezer refused to normally start its compressor until the door was kept open. We suspect the upper temperature control PC board. Should you carry this part in stock. Please advice ASAP and what would the total cost be to ship it to Montreal Canada. Thank you in advance.
