The programme buttons and on/off start/cancel buttons on my machine have pressed inwards further and further until I now have difficulty getting them to connect and start the appliance working.
Hotpoint Ultima washer WF860, purchased Sep 2005. Do you think that the problem could be caused by this part becoming too weak? We have taken the top off the washer and everything looks fine.

This part can crack and weaken so may be the problem but it can also be the PCB causing the fault.
