Is this the part to replace the bottom of the oven (when looking at the inside?)

Hi, I put some tin foil on the bottom of the oven to catch any drips or spills when i was cooking food. unfortunately it got stuck in several places and so now i need to replace the bottom tray. is this an OEM part with the same enamel finish as the one i would be replacing? is this part made by the same people / factory as the original? is there any requirement for this to be fitted by a specialist? sorry about all the questions but the reason i ask is that the oven was in a rented property and was new upon my arrival, we're being told as we've damaged it we need to pay £375+ to replace it! bit steep for a few small bits of tin foil i'm sure you'll agree! thanks for your help, Ian.
