main oven lighting but very gas flame will not get bigger,therefore temp not going up cannot work out what is wrong with it
we would like to get it fixed for xmas.

Hi bill, I'd advise you to talk to a Gas Safe registered engineer about this one, because you're dealing with the flow of gas - which obviously can be deadly. Check out the Gas Safe website here: http://www.gassaferegister.co.uk/
