I have fitted this seal on to my Hotpoint WT540/1P....but the door won't close, it seems that the seal is too big and now the door doesn't fit inside it??? Anything I can do?
I followed the instructions on the how to video...the seal Itself is fitted well, it just appears that the outer lip is too big for the door...

- I guess you have solved the problem by now, but if the seal is the correct one and the fitting is correct, the product must be faulty. Did you try refitting? I did mine no trouble at all. Best of luck.
