Hello, our main oven fan element is not getting hot . The element has been tested and is ok.

There is no power getting to the fan element but the fan works and so does the other main element. Would that mean the potentiometer is faulty ? Cannon c60dtc. Thanks steve

The potentiometer is used to help control temperature but you would need to test it to determine if it has failed but also check the main control.
