Hoover dyn9144dg 9kg washer

Hi my above washer has started making noise when drum starts up on a fast spin until it evens out load, also noted that the drum appears to be more unstable than normal. Stripped lid and back off and found a grind mark on the lid where the concrete block sits, i suspect its the bottom drum supports struts and top springs allowing drum to move to such an extent that its catching machine bodywork. The washer though is only just 3yrs old with little use-only used twice a week and not full loads....nevertheless does my suspicion of fault ring any bellswith you guys??? If so can you quote for the replacement parts delivered to S35 (Sheffield, South Yorkshire)

In normal operation the drum is allowed to move but should not travel enough to contact the case. This suggests the washing is very unbalanced or the dampers underneath have gone weak and need replacing. Remove the lid and try to 'shake' the drum. If a loud knocking noise is heard check the concrete weights are not loose on the front and top.
