My fridge door is dropping forward from the top only. It is coming away from the main body of the fridge about 1cm. I then have to push the top left hand corner (hinge side) back into place. Can you advise the spare I need to repair it.

It is likely that it is not the hinge but the door mounting that is breaking up. Remove the door to check as this might require replacement of the door.
