My Candy Goc58F was failing to heat up and stopped after a few minutes with all lights flashing I have purchased a new element from yourselves and fitted it but the problem persists any ideas?

As this is a condenser dryer it suggests if there is heat present when you try it that the problem is related to the pump not emptying the reservoir into the water container.
