I have a hbn131551b/02 cooker and the temperature knob just seems to soon freely. It's connecting to the spindle behind but just goes round and round and we have no idea what temperature the oven is on. How can this be fixed and how do I get the oven front off to investigate. Thanks rob

If the knob itself spins without resistance at any point, but the control shaft can only be turned to a certain point in either direction, then the knob will need to be replaced. However, if the control shaft spins freely too then you will need to replace the energy regulator.
