I have changed the belts on my sebo x4 & the roller brush is still stopping spinning when in contact with carpet, do you think it may be the clutch. Thanks

    If the machine is set to the 'correct height' and the roller still stops and the belts have been changed. The next part to suspect would be the clutch.
