Hi. Afg 854970615002 Your part would fix my freezer. I would have to fit it. But I cannot see how to remove the control board long white top housing. Do I have to remove the door? Any diagrams, advice etc would be a help, please. There is no point in my buying if I can't take off existing and fit replacement. Sorry to be a bother........Frank

We believe if you look at the second image on the part you can see it is held in position at either end at the areas by the hinges and should 'clip off' if lifted in this area.
