A TECHNITION RECENTLY RESET MY OVEN WHICH WOULDNT SWITCH ON VIA A BUTTON BEHIND EITHER THE OVEN OR THE GRILL KNOB NEXT TO THE DOOR ON MY COOKER BUT I CANT SEE IT AND MY OVEN WONT SWITCH ON AGAIN HE SAID I COULD RESET IT IF IT HAPPENED AGAIN. HELP PLEASE PETER
